What appraisal software do you support?
We currently support TOTAL and ACI, with other software available on request. For forms, we support UAD 3.6 dynamic URAR (covers all property types) plus legacy 1004/1073/1025 during the transition period.
Will the agent work with my MLS?
Yes! The agent navigates your MLS through your existing login session. It learns the specific layout of your MLS system during setup. We've tested with 50+ different MLS platforms.
How does the offline mode work?
The mobile app stores all photos, voice notes, and entered data locally on your device. When you have internet connectivity, everything syncs automatically in the background.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use end-to-end encryption for data transfer. Photos and notes are stored securely in AWS with SOC 2 compliance. We never share your data with third parties.
What if the agent makes a mistake?
